各健身气功社团组织：

为了给世界健身气功爱好者搭建高水平交流交往平台,促进健身气功健康和谐发展,中国健身气功协会和国际健身气功联合会将组织举办第四届中国国际健身气功交流比赛大会。交流比赛大会期间，组织召开第三届国际健身气功联合会会员代表大会。现将大会具体事宜通知如下：

一、大会时间

2020年8月1日至5日；7月31日报到，8月6日离会。

二、大会地点

中国，具体地点待定。

三、大会内容及参会资格

（一）主旨演讲。将邀请有关权威就健身气功国际推广的现状、政策思路、发展方向和规划设想等进行主旨宣讲。

（二）经验交流。将邀请部分协会组织负责人就健身气功推广成果和具体做法进行经验介绍和互动交流。

（三）理论讲座。将邀请中国专家围绕“健身气功的中国传统文化智慧”“健身气功的中医养生文化内涵”等主题进行理论讲授。

每个健身气功社团组织最多可选派4名负责人或技术骨干作为听众，

参加上述主旨演讲、经验交流、理论讲座活动。

（四）功法培训。将进行健身气功˙明目功培训。

参会人员可自愿报名参加功法培训。

国际气联会员代表大会。将组织召开第三届国际健身气功联合

会会员代表大会。

具体要求详见《国际健身气功联合会第三届会员代表大会通知》。

（六）交流比赛。将组织举办健身气功˙易筋经、五禽戏、八段锦、大舞、马王堆导引术、导引养生功十二法、太极养生杖等7种功法（缩编版）比赛；

每个健身气功社团组织可选派一支或多支代表队参加比赛。具体要

求详见附件1《竞赛规程》。

（七）段位考试。按照《国际健身气功段位制》规定，开放国际段位1-7段考试和考评。

四、日程安排

 

 五、费用条件

（一）所有参会人员的往返国际旅费和食宿费自理。大会不收取比赛报名报项费用。

（二）参加明目功培训需缴纳培训费。收费标准为每人800元人民币。

（三）大会负担每个国际气联会员单位1名正式会议代表7月31日至8月2日的食宿费用（3晚单人间标准）。

六、报名与报到

（一）“初步报名表”须于2020年5月31日前分别反馈至中国健身气功协会。

（二）“最终报名表”须于2020年7月15日前分别报至中国健身气功协会和承办方。

（三）组委会将提供报到日（7月31日）和离会日（8月6日）的举办地机场至官方入住酒店的接送服务。

（四）中国香港、澳门和台湾地区参会人员须经由当地国际气联会员单位统一报名。

八、其它事项

（一）报到时，每个参会组织需以团队名义向组委会提交正式的参赛表格和参会者责任声明书各1份。

（二）每位参会者须于离境前购买个人意外伤害事故保险，并自行承担大会期间发生的疾病或伤害责任。

The 4^th China International Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange Directives

 

To Health Qigong organizations,

To build a platform for international Health Qigong academic exchanges and friendly communications so as to promote healthy and harmonious development of Health Qigong, the Chinese Health Qigong Association (CHQA) will work with the International Health Qigong Federation（IHQF）to organize the4^th China International Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange. The 3^rdGeneral Assembly of IHQF will be organized during the period of event.The relevant matters of the event are hereby notified as follows:

1. Date of Event

August 1^st to 5^th, 2020

-Accreditation Date: July 31^st,2020

-Departure Date: August 6^th,2020

2. Location of Event

In China, the exact location is to be determined.

3. Contents and Qualification

(1)   Keynote Speech. Relevant authorities will be invited to make keynote speech

on the current status, policy, development direction and planning of international

health qigong promotion.

(2)   Experience Exchange. Some headsof the overseas partners of CHQA will be invited to introduce on the promotion results and specific practices of HealthQigong, and will communicate with participants.

(3)   Theory Lecture. Chinese experts will be invited to give theoretical lectures on

topics as "The Traditional Chinese Cultural Wisdom of HealthQigong" and "The Connotation of TCM Health Culture of HealthQigong".

l  Each Health Qigong organization can designate up to four (4)leaders and key promotion activists to attend the keynote speech, experience exchange and theory lecture.

(4)   Health Qigong Training. There will be a training in Ming Mu Gong.

l  Each participantcan register to pay for the training.

(5)   The 3^rd General Assembly of IHQFwill be organized.

l  For specific requirements, please refer to the Notice of the 3^rdGeneral Assembly of IHQF.

(6)   Tournament. Sevenforms (Abbreviated version) competitionswill be organized--Health Qigong˙Yi Jin Jing, Wu Qin Xi, Ba Duan Jin, Da Wu, Ma Wang Dui, Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Shi’er Fa, Tai Ji Yang Sheng Zhang.

l  Each organizationmay send one or more team(s) to the Tournament.For specific requirements, please refer to the Regulation of the Tournament.

(7)   Duan Examination. According to the INTERNATIONALDUAN EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR HEALTH QIGONG,the 1-7 Duan examinationcan be applied.

5.      Fees

(1)   All participants shall pay for their international travel and board & lodging expenses. No registration fee of competition will be charged.

(2)   Participants in Ming Mu Gong training will be required to pay the training fees: per person 800RMB.

(3)   The organizing committee will bear the hotel cost from July 31^st to August 2^nd at single room standard for one (1) official representative to the IHQF General Assembly from eachmembershiporganization.

6.Registration and accreditation

(1)The deadline of the pre-registration which is requested to send to CHQAis 31^st May, 2020.

(2)The deadline of the final registration which is requested to send to CHQA and the organizer is 15^th July, 2020.

(3)The organizing committee will provide transportation to and from the airport to the official hotel on Accreditation Day (31^st July) and Departure Day (6^th August).

(4)Participants from Chinese Hong Kong, Chinese Macao and Chinese Taipei need to apply for the registration through the IHQF membership organization in the region.

8. Other matters

(1) Each delegation must submit the Original of the Entry Forms and 1 copy of the

Participants’ Responsibility Statement to the Organizing Committee.

(2) Participants must buy Life Insurance. The delegation or the individual undertakes

the responsibility for illness or injuries occurring during the events.
